Volvo tailor new designs for business users

More and more businesses are seeing the advantages of uses a Volvo car leasing scheme.
Contract hire is becoming increasingly popular among organisations as it can stabilise and reduce motoring expenses, while providing easy access to the latest new developments in car industry.
This is particularly important as manufacturers are now tailoring their releases to the needs of the business driver more than ever before.
Selwyn Cooper, Volvo national corporate operations manager, recently said: "The business community is vitally important to us at Volvo, particularly as we have seen an increase of nearly a third (32 per cent) of business users funding a Volvo through our contract hire and leasing facilities in the first six months of this year.
He explained that the requirements of the company car driver have been thought about and fuelled the design of the new Business Editions of the S60, V60 and V70 line-ups and it would now be easier for firms to identify the right model for them.
The new cars take the place of the existing ES and ES Nav versions and add more equipment for a reduced cost. Mr Cooper believes that this will make Volvos "even more appealing" to companies who are continually looking at ways to "reduce costs without compromising luxury and comfort" and get a head start on the competition.
People can now order the vehicles and will soon see what the fuss is about if they do.
In addition to the current features seen in the ES specification models, the new Business Edition variants add a lot of company car must-haves.
An easy-to-use integrated satellite navigation system now comes as standard, making it easy for the time-pressed rep to get to the most obscure locations well in advance.
Other luxuries include a high performance multimedia audio system, Bluetooth, which makes it easier to keep in touch with clients and rear park assist.
